🛡️ Safe Gaming

toto00's commitment to responsible gaming

Gaming is for entertainment — not addiction. toto00 places the highest importance on every player's mental well-being and financial safety. For players aged 21 and above only.

Our core commitment

toto00 believes that responsible gaming is a right, not a burden. We want every one of our players to play safely, consciously and with enjoyment — never beyond their limits.

For ages 21+: The minimum age to open an account and play any game at toto00 is 21 years. No account is fully activated until age is verified. Protecting minors is our highest priority.

When managed properly, online gaming is entirely legitimate and enjoyable entertainment. However, uncontrolled gambling can cause financial harm, family conflict and mental stress. That is why toto00 encourages every player to monitor their gaming habits and seek help when needed. Responsible gaming means staying in control of your own decisions — deciding how long to play, how much to spend and when to stop.

toto00's safety tools

toto00 provides a number of effective tools to protect players. Using these tools, you can manage your own account on your own terms.

Deposit Limits

You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits whenever you choose. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased before the specified period ends — this keeps your budget protected.

Time-Out Feature

If you feel you need a short break, take a time-out for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period your account will be completely inactive and no gaming or deposits will be possible.

Self-Exclusion

For a longer break, choose self-exclusion — from 6 months up to permanent. Once activated, you will receive no marketing communications and your account will remain fully closed.

Session Time Limits

Set a limit on how long you play in each gaming session. When the set time is up, a reminder alert will appear to prompt you to stop.

Account History

You can view all your deposits, withdrawals and betting history at any time. This transparent record helps you analyse your own habits.

24/7 Support

If gaming feels like a problem, or you need help using any of these tools, our Bengali live chat support is available around the clock.

Warning signs of problem gambling

If you notice the following signs in yourself or someone you know, it is worth seeking help. Responsible gaming means not ignoring these signals.

Psychological signs

  • Feeling a repeated urge to keep playing in order to recover losses
  • Thinking about gaming excessively — even during work or sleep
  • Using gambling to relieve stress or anxiety
  • Feeling angry or irritated when asked to stop playing

Behavioural signs

  • Placing bets using household funds, borrowed money or savings
  • Hiding gaming activity from family or friends
  • Neglecting work, studies or social responsibilities
  • Trying to stop playing on your own but failing to do so
⚠️ Important: If any of the above signs appear, contact toto00 support immediately. Our team will help you safely set up self-exclusion or a time-out. Sometimes stopping gaming is the wisest decision you can make.

Five core principles of responsible gaming

Following these simple guidelines will keep gaming enjoyable at all times and reduce the risk of problems considerably.

1

Set a budget in advance

Before starting a game, decide the maximum amount you are willing to spend. The minimum deposit at toto00 is just ৳500 — never play with money set aside for household expenses.

2

Control your time

Playing for hours on end causes fatigue and leads to poor decisions. Set a time limit for each session and stick to it.

3

Do not chase losses

Placing larger bets to try to win back money you have lost creates a harmful cycle. Have the courage to accept a loss — that is responsible gaming.

4

Play with a clear head

Never play when you are stressed, angry, depressed or under the influence of alcohol. In such states your judgment is impaired and the risk of overspending increases.

5

Gaming is entertainment only

Never think of gaming as a source of income. Wins are not guaranteed — the outcome of every game is entirely unpredictable. Play for entertainment, not for a living.

Protection of minors

Playing at toto00 is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 years of age. Age verification is part of our registration process and any suspicious account is investigated.

If there are children or teenagers in your home, keep your account out of their reach. Do not share your password and do not leave your device logged in unattended.

Self-exclusion and setting limits

toto00's responsible gaming tools are easy to access. Full details of each tool are provided below.

How to set a deposit limit

Go to your account settings and click on the "Responsible Gaming" section. There you will find options to set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. The limit takes effect as soon as it is set. If you wish to increase a limit, you must wait through a 7-day cooling-off period.

How to take a time-out

Select "Time-Out" from your account settings. Choose your preferred duration — 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days or 30 days. During this time you will not be able to play or make deposits, but you can still withdraw any existing balance.

How to set up self-exclusion

Self-exclusion is the most effective step for a long-term break. Through account settings or directly via support, you can exclude yourself for 6 months, 1 year or permanently. You will receive no promotional communications during the exclusion period.
